The Chroma 58154 series ESD Test System (Electrostatic Discharge) are PXI/PCI controlled modules to simulate electrostatic discharge pulses during electronic device testing. The 58154 series offers both ESD STM5.1-2001-Human Body Model and ESD STM5.2-1999-Machine Model.

The user friendly software offers programmable and flexible features, such as sampling tests on a wafer, ESD model, ESD pulse polarity, ESD pulse interval in a sequence, and automatic testing functions.

The 58154 series includes a control module, pulse output external box, high voltage power supply unit (PSU) and pulse shaping circuits to provide the ESD STM standards compliant pulse waveforms.

The 58154 series offer a flexible and total ESD test solutions to customers. Furthermore, the ESD pulse is generally applied to the device under test before measuring the devices electrical parameters.

The 58154 series can be perfectly integrated with Chroma 58173 and 58173-FC to provide a total production line solution.
