Hioki DT4281 DIGITAL MULTIMETER

Hioki DT4281 DIGITAL MULTIMETER

Introducing the Hioki DT4281 Digital Multimeter – the ultimate tool for advanced testing in complex power and electrical applications. As part of the DT4280 series of high-end digital multimeters, the DT4281 is designed with safety as a top priority. With CAT IV 600 V and CAT III 1000 V ratings, it’s critical for electrical work.

  • Hioki DT4221: This model is a compact digital multimeter with a variety of measurement capabilities, including voltage, current, resistance, frequency, and temperature.
  • Hioki DT4222: This model is similar to the DT4221 but without the capacitance measurement capability.
  • Hioki DT4223: This model is similar to the DT4222 but with the capacitance and temperature measurement capabilities.
  • Hioki DT4252: This model is designed for measuring low-level currents, with a range of 2mA to 20mA.
  • Hioki DT4253: This model is similar to the DT4252 but with a higher current measurement range of 2mA to 200mA.
  • Hioki DT4255: This model is designed for measuring high voltages and currents, up to 600V and 10A, respectively.
  • Hioki DT4256: This model is similar to the DT4255 but with slightly higher voltage and current measurement capabilities (up to 1000V and 20A, respectively).
  • Hioki DT4261: This model has a high resolution and accuracy and is designed for use in industrial settings.
  • Hioki DT4281: This model is designed for high-speed measurement and can measure up to 120,000 times per second.
  • Hioki DT4282: This model is similar to the DT4281 but also includes a built-in data logger for recording measurements over time.

Accurately measure DC and AC current with ranges from 600.00μA to 600.00mA, and safely connect an AC clamp sensor for current measurements. Plus, the DT4281 features a low-pass filter function to eliminate harmonic components and measure only the fundamental wave, making it perfect for measuring voltage output from the secondary sides of inverters.

Need to measure the ripple voltage of DC charging systems? No problem – the DT4281 can measure ripple voltage with a superposed DC signal by using peak value measurement and DC + AC voltage measurement. It even has a percentage display for 4 to 20 mA instrumentation signals, allowing you to convert and display instrumentation signals from a transducer or other device.

Accurately measure very low currents used by gas-burning devices with the 600.00 μA range. Plus, the DT4281 eliminates the root cause of accidents that occur when mistakenly measuring voltage using the current range, by providing clamp-on sensor based current measurement functionality instead of using conventional probes.

For accurate measurement of distorted current waveforms, the DT4281 features true RMS measurement. And when you need to review or save your measurement data, simply connect the DT4281 to a PC with the optional Communication Package DT4900-01 to easily graph data stored in the DMM’s internal memory and display measurement results in real-time on the computer.
