Introducing the Chroma 2918, a high-performance stabilized FPD tester, ideal for LCM ATS. Its modular design allows for combining different signal and power modules for various test requirements, making it highly adaptable and expandable for a variety of test functions.

The 2918 provides ultra-high 8K resolution and features a high-speed signal module design supporting LVDS/V-by-One and eDP mainstream LCM interfaces for inspection.

It comes equipped with a programmable power module that sources TCON and backlight modules according to UUT specifications, with OCP/OVP/UCP/UVP protection during accurate and thorough testing.

The FPD tester supports standard JEIDA/VESA timing formats, geometric patterns, and up to 300 8Kx4K (BMP) patterns can be stored. It can be paired with PC control and customizable GO/NOGO software for efficient production line integration, with a user-friendly graphical interface for checking and recording defect positions during testing.

It can also be configured with client systems for test program management and data upload/download, allowing remote monitoring of production for throughput, efficiency, and yield status.
