Hioki PW3335 Power Meter Series

Hioki PW3335 Power Meter Series

Introducing the Hioki benchtop power meters and power analyzers – the best in class power measuring instruments for single to three-phase lines. Our flagship product, the PW3335, delivers exceptional measurement accuracy and handles currents with higher crest values in lower current ranges, making it an excellent choice for critical applications where precision and accuracy are of utmost importance.

Accuracy

With the ability to accurately measure standby power at μA levels, the PW3335 is designed to greatly reduce power measurement uncertainty. Its range configuration allows for measuring extremely low power levels with a margin to spare, while accuracy can be set from 10 μA and up for current, and 0 W and up for effective power. This feature makes it perfect for measurements according to IEC62301 and other standards.

Crest Factor 6

The PW3335 Power Meter supports CF6 (Crest Factor 6), making it ideal for measuring AC adapters or switching power supplies that operate with no load. With the ability to measure waveforms that exceed the range of watt meters that support crest factor 3, the PW3335 delivers superior measurement accuracy even when the power factor is low during no-load operation.

Power Factor Effect

Another noteworthy feature of the PW3335 is that it is minimally affected by power factor, achieving accurate measurements with a power factor effect of 0.1% or less, even at low power factors. This makes it an excellent tool for conducting no-load loss tests, which are crucial in evaluating energy conservation for transformers and motors.

Choose the Hioki PW3335 Power Meter for your critical power measuring needs and experience greater accuracy and precision than ever before.
