Introducing the HIGH RESOLUTION UNIT 8968 – the perfect tool for high-precision measurement of instantaneous voltage waveforms. With a high 16-bit A/D resolution and an isolated 2-channel input, this device provides accurate and reliable voltage measurements.

The max rated voltage to ground is 300 V AC/DC (CAT II), making it safe and convenient for everyday use. The input connectors are isolated BNC connectors with an input impedance of 1 MΩ and an input capacitance of 30 pF. The max rated voltage to earth is also 300 V AC/DC, allowing you to apply the maximum voltage between input channels without any damage.

The measurement range is 5 mV to 20 V/div, with 12 ranges and full scale of 20 div. The low-pass filter has a range of 5/50/500 Hz and 5 k/50 kHz. The integrated anti-aliasing filter ensures that aliasing distortion caused by FFT processing is suppressed.

With a measurement resolution of 1/1600 of the measurement range, you can rest assured that your readings will be accurate and precise. The highest sampling rate of 1 MS/s across 2 channels means you can quickly and efficiently gather data.

The device has a measurement accuracy of ±0.3% of full scale with a filter of 5 Hz, and zero position accuracy included. The frequency characteristics range from DC to 100 kHz -3 dB, with AC coupling at 7 Hz to 5 MHz -3dB. The input coupling options include AC/DC/GND, and the max allowable input is 400 V DC.
